Just wanted to say thanks as this is the most detailed X20 review I came across. And you helped answer something I was wondering about, which is whether or not the handle bar could be swapped out for a lower one, or a BMX style one. From the looks of it handle bar section, it could be, which is great as that's what I'd do.
Mine wouldn't reset it showed -999
Thanks for this review! For your hill test, which mode were you in? Or which mode do you recommend being in when going up hills?
I hope you purchased some wood filler and sealer for that floor lol.
Haha. My kids have done more damage to the flooring than the ebike.
Do I need the OEM spark plug seals, or is it just as good to buy after market? I'm already getting the head gasket you used. My smart is fortwo 2013
You don't have to get the OEM smart ones. NGK or Denso should work. ruclips.net/video/COdCrvQCQJU/видео.htmlsi=nR2_RN1tBZXu9ZJF I used (3) NGK LKR7BGP-8 G-Power Platinum Spark Plugs (95983 G-Power Platinum) amzn.to/3VJbauO
Thanks again! @@ColinLeung
Thank you very helpful
You're welcome!
Promo code was bs. They gave me $30 off that’s definitely not 15%. There’s something odd about this company. They might be gyroor, they might be urbanmax. Hard to tell. The products change constantly and quality/branding is very inconsistent as well. If they just got their shit together they could do some real sales. Just as good as gotrax if not better
Thanks for the comment. I've noticed some scooter brands have the same, or similar products, but rebranded. It's possible that Gyroor does that too.
The bike is unstable like the fork is set at the wrong angle. If you take hands off the bars it wants to spin, crash waiting to happen at 20mph......
Sorry to hear that. I did not experience the fork wanting to spin when I let go of the handlebar. Was the fork bent during transport, or handlebar or fork not aligned properly?
The coupon doesn’t work
Sorry, I checked their affiliate website and they don't have any current codes on the S2. Only $30 off the S2 Pro with code DRS3.
I've tried a handful of similar videos, all with nothing but failure. Tried yours AND STARTED CAR as you did the second time, and it worked ! You may need to actually start the car on the second key turning EXACTLY as he did in the video.
I'm glad it worked!
Extremely helpful!
I appreciate it!
Thank you so much! I bought this for my son starting high school and the instructions were a little vague for Mom to figure out! 😂
You're welcome. I hope he enjoys it!
Did your kit matter if you have cantilever brakes or V brakes like yours has? V brakes pull more cable then cantilever
It shouldn't matter as the brake levers/sensors connected to the controller are the same for both v and cantilever brakes.
It’s still on sale to this day lol
I was looking at the disco one, unfortunately im surrounded by immature people, well i guess i am too since i care what people think
Thanks for the comment. You can always paint over a color or two, so it's not a complete rainbow if you really wanted that pattern.
Nice. But won't work for me. I'd prefer a longer range. My commute is only a few miles but i don't want to charge everyday or get like I'm close to running out. Thanks for a good review tho.
Thanks for sharing. You're welcome
I wish the handlebars were adjustable up and down
Thanks for the comment. I've found that most adjustable height handlebars become loose over time, or wobble causing a safety hazard.
the speed setting change ONLY apply when use the pedals. trottle is something seperate
Sounds right
I bought this trike. Having a hard time trying to figure out what's going on as the gears aren't shifting smoothly and won't stay in the gear I select while just pedaling. Also, my chain is a lot looser than what's shown in the video. I can't seem to find a video just on adjusting the derailleur so the chain doesn't jump from gear to gear. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello Eileen, adjusting derailleurs can be difficult as there are a lot of parts to factor. I haven't had a chance to look for a video explaining how to adjust it, but will try to explain over text referencing this rear derailleur image. www.sefiles.net/images/library/site/pict_rear-der_f.gif 1) Ensure the rear derailleur is installed properly. It should be flush against the derailleur hanger, and I recall having to push something in this video to fully screw it in. 2) On the rear shifter by the handlebar press the lever numerous times to release all tension from the line. You may be gear 1, or the highest number depending how your shifter is labeled. 3) Looking at the rear derailleur cable there will be cable adjustment barrels from the shifter to the rear derailleur. Turn all of them clockwise to release all slack from the cable. 4) Using an allen key loosen the bolt at the bottom of the rear derailleur holding the derailleur cable. Pull and hold the cable towards the front of the bike to pick up any cable slack, and retighten the bolt. The goal is to have some slack that we'll pick up with the rear derailleur adjustment barrel, but get rid of any excessive slack. 5) There are two (hi and low) screws on the side of the rear derailleur. They will set the lower and upper limits of the derailleur, so the chain doesn't slip off. Looking from the pulley at the back of the bike turn both clockwise, or counter clockwise to see which controls the lower limits. The pulley will move left or right. Adjust the lower until the rear derailleur holds the chain without slipping off. The derailleur pully should line up with the lowest cassette. If the lower limit is too high then it won't stay on the lowest cassette, and try to jump to the next cassette, so you'd have to loosen the lower limit. 6) Push the shifter lever one click to the next gear. This should be #2, or the second gear from the highest gear depending how your shifter is labeled. 7) With the rear wheel off the ground turn the pedals to rotate the rear wheel. The rear derailleur should not shift. If it does then there's too much tension in the line, and slack would need to be removed. See #4. 8) Turn the derailleur cable adjustment barrel counterclockwise in 1/4 turn increments to increase the tension in the line while spinning the wheel until the chain shifts to the next cassette. Looking from the back the pulley should line up with the 2nd cassette, or be very close. 9) Try shifting up through all gears first, and down through all gears. If it's trying to jump to the next gear turn the adjustment barrel clockwise in approximately 1/8 turn increments to release tension in the line. If it's not going to the next gear then turn the adjustment barrel in counterclockwise in approximately 1/8 turn increments to increase tension. Repeat several times until you can go up and down in all gears without it skipping. 10) At the highest gear adjust the hi limit screw, so the chain doesn't slip off. Similar to the lower adjustment screw. I hope this helps. I found this video, but haven't had time to watch it. ruclips.net/video/UkZxPIZ1ngY/видео.htmlsi=i6eqcCx3tbM1SfLt
Im buying this with your code of its still 350 in 2nd of july, hope its still 350 then.
Sounds good!
Oh, if you're in the SF Bay areas I'm planning to sell this exact scooter for $250.
Looks similar to my old "eWheel E2S V2 long rang max" but they are all produced by OKAI in china, where each brand can have their own changes and adjustment, but the base design is the same. What I think would be bad with this bike is the back spoiler, it will losen overtime just like all very used kickbikes tends to do. I have 3 bikes. Having this additional support is important (since I cant link and youtube flag it, you have to manually enter the beginning address of this imgur link) (this is the address /Tyytug9)
Also, the ring bell thingy will also fall off after a while. I had over 7000km on my good bike, but it got stolen. So I bought a new one, but it was ip54 and got destroyed by light rain even if IP52 should survive rain droplet. So, best to always make sure you get an IP56 bike
What kind of battery and motor does it have
It has a 500w rear hub motor with a 48V 14AH Li-ion battery.
I have been watching reviews for a couple weeks now and this was the best, most informative review I have found yet. Thank you for all of the information. My husband just bought the Sumit 1 and I need to step up to an E-bike so we can keep riding together. Thank you!
Thanks for the comment, Jeanne!
Nicely done. Love the night ride headlight demo. I agree, not as bright as theGT2, also notice its aimed lower too, limiting beam throw.
I appreciate it!
11:05 did you reuse the OEM gasket? or did it come with a new gasket for the axleback exhaust?
Hello, it's been a few years since I posted this. I cannot remember which gasket I used at 11:05. If it did not come with a new one then I reused the OEM one.
@@ColinLeung do you still have this car?

Hi there you didn't mention what size torx for the drain plug 😊
Sorry if I didn't mention it in the video, but it's listed in the descrption. TEKTON 1/2 Inch Drive x 8 mm Hex Bit Socket | SHB23208 amzn.to/3cV2KtT
It does have suspension on the rear.
Yes, I misspoke in the video.

Hey quick question should I get the iscooter i9 or the Macwheel Mx pro
Hello, looking at the specs the MX Pro has a slightly larger battery at 10ah vs 7.5ah, but has a slower max speed at 15mph vs 19mph. I've never tested the MX, but I'm sure they'll perform very similarly. I think the i9 may be cheaper too. The MX also seems to have bad reviews. It comes down to if you want a higher max speed, longer battery life, or whichever is cheaper.
@@ColinLeung Thank you so much I’ll get the i9, New sub!
A question, the scooter has S mode, it can be unlocked, oh, that S mode is decorative. Could you help me unlock it if you can, please, thank you for all the information.
Hello Chris, I was unaware of the S mode as it was not shown in the manual. I sold the scooter shortly after reviewing, and am not familiar with the S mode unlocking procedure. Sorry
What's the point of this my max goes 34km/h and i'm sure it tops this 😂 No 48v or anything
I think they redesigned the P65 to feel more premium, but it doesn't go as fast as its predecessors.
Brother, idk why the app don’t let me put my scooter
Strange. Is bluetooth enabled on your phone? You can try another phone to see if that works.
Wish I would’ve seen this video before my brother totally unscrewed the pieces on the seat. Now I’m having trouble putting those pieces back together. Any way you can please show me how to put that back together?
Hello Sagi, the Campus Pro seat post looks similar to a seat saddle swap install video that I previously did. Check this video out, and see if it helps. Thanks ruclips.net/video/-VE_aTaYSk8/видео.htmlsi=CIDjAi1MxEtcNPYS&t=113

Hi Colin I’m aware this videos is old but do you know if there is a way to shut off limiter/adjust it? I wanted to see if I could go around 20-30 range preferably
Hello, unfortunately I do not know how to shut off the limiter. Are you trying to get 20-30 miles or km? It's only rated for 12 mi, and will probably get half. You can adjust the gear to 1 to go slower, and get longer range.
For 400$+ other brands made it better. This one look really cheap made.
What's the point of this creation? 😆😆😆😆
I just did it for fun out of curiosity. :)

Ride1up is a very dishonest and corrupt company to buy from if you don't live in the US . I bought one their bikes on-line , since I live in Canada they charged me $100 US for shipping outside of the US. They said in their written policies that there may be extra custom duties and taxes, which I accepted and understood at the time of the purchase. After a week of getting the bike I got a billing an invoice from Fedex for $260 CAD, shocked to say the least. On the invoice it stated that they (Fedex) picked up the bike directly from their (Ride1up) warehouse in Salt Lake City UT. in the States I called Ride1up to ask why was I charged $!00 US ($135 CAD) when none of that money went toward the shipping cost, not a penny ? They just made the excuse thats what they do for purchase buyers outside of the US. No straight forward answer or explanation to the reason why. So they will not charge buyers for shipping costs and pay completely if you live in the US. direct from their warehouse. While I was talking to the support staff, I asked why didn't that $100 US go toward the shipping cost that I was charged ?, he couldn't come up with a honest explanation. So in total for shipping, taxes and duties fees, I had to pay $395 CAD for a bike that cost $1,100 US . What a dishonest corrupt company . The commercial crime investigators should look into this company to their practices because they're charging people $100 US for nothing and pocketing it illegally.
Coming back to your video every time👍
Thanks! How often do you need to reset your maintenance light?
The seat is so uncomfortable 😭
Yeah.. you can swap it out with seat with more cushion.
Do you can drive 25 km with this cooter ?
It's rated for 40km, but you can typically expect half, or 20km.
Help, I messed with the p settings can you send me your codes. To get to the p settings you turn off then turn on holding the mode button. Then p0 - p16
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I sold the scooter shortly after posting this video to empty space in my garage. Have you tried contacting the manufacture? Perhaps someone else here can share their codes.
Just got mine. Have you figured out how to remove the speed limiter?
I did not unfortunately.
Then you would probably get a ticket
I bought the GYROOR X8 2 years ago and that is definitely the best scooter they make I have put almost 1200 miles on it and I still get close to 30 miles per charge. It is not a sitting scooter.
That's pretty good. Thanks for sharing!
